Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
As a nonprofit communications professional, there is a lot to manage – budgets/invoices/expenses, inter-departmental requests, news/PR, creative production, contacts lists, and more. Airtable does it all. I've tried just about every task manager out there, and none of them compare to Airtable.
Some of our current uses:
- Fundraising gala sponsor pledge forms and sponsor benefits: when someone pledges at a certain level, I set up Airtable to automatically populate all of the benefits they receive, so I know exactly which sponsors get what and if I have fulfilled those promises.
- Communications + Marketing inventory: I created barcodes for all of the equipment I've purchased, and I can scan in those barcodes directly to Airtable and link them to their invoices.
- Budgets + Expenses: I have an Airtable set up for tracking all of my department's expenses, with detailed descriptions of the purchases, and their respective invoices attached so that should someone else need to access them quickly, they are easy to find and access.
- Story collection: I have a base set up specifically for gathering stories about my organization.
- Marketing requests: I have a base set up specifically for collecting marketing requests, and it is integrated with Asana through Zapier for my own task management.
Verdict: Airtable is the best online platform that has ever happened to me, and it has totally changed my life and my workflow for the better.
