Alert system is inconsistent. Notifications are sometimes not generated, resulting in missed updates and coordination challenges.

Organization-wide upload limits sometimes prevent any files from being uploaded. This has happened twice in the past 6 months and required contacting AtTask to manually increase our upload limits.

Some poorly thought out UI elements. The interface takes a while to get used to, and some commonly used functionality is not obviously located in the application.

Uploaded files are only available within AtTask, which can make collaboration with clients difficult.
