Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro
Hootsuite is used at my organization in the marketing and communications department. It helps us to efficiently monitor our social media communications and allows for a team that is physically in different locations to all work on the same accounts collaboratively. I love that I have Hootsuite on my phone and can be responsive no matter where I am. It is also very helpful in scheduling communications to go out at predetermined times. On the weekends, for example, it is nice to know that Hootsuite is set up to send out material. It makes my work load more manageable.

I use tools like Google alerts to monitor our company. When I worked at a PR agency, I used Netvibes, but never really got into it. I also used Vocus (which was pricey if I remember correctly), and I mess around with Klout, though I don't take it very seriously. Hootsuite is, by far, my favorite and a tool that I have used consistently throughout my career.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Change is not entirely welcomed at my company. Thankfully, Hootsuite implementation was easy and seamless. The only obstacles I face is training people from older generations and trying to make sure that they "get it."

Yes - I absolutely love the Hootsuite app. The functionality is awesome and the navigation easy to use. I love having Hootsuite on the go!
