Some other features include iforms that can be used for prescreening applicants, social media integration (LinkedIn), and job posting options that are integrated with highly visible resume database portals. iCims has a very strong brand, presence, and longevity in the recruiting space which minimizes financial investment risk in a product that may be shelved or acquired.


Overall, iCims solves many HR recruiting objectives in addition to providing a very positive front end candidate experience during the application process (the application process is faster and shorter based on social media integration).
