Overall Satisfaction
PeopleAdmin is being used on our campus as the sole application site for all staff and faculty positions. We are currently using the 5.8 version and there are some drawbacks --- the "back" button is not useful and it does not enable efficient reporting tools for HR and managers.
- Easy to categorize applicant statuses and to review their information.
- Quick and easy to post positions, following the reporting structure that you assign.
- The reporting tool for the applicant pool is hard to manage using Access.
- Faculty positions need flexibility to name specific attachments and work with confidential letters.
- Our recruiting process is more streamlined and efficient compared to the paper applications of the past.
- The online system has increased our applicant pool.

Currently, we are satisfied with PeopleAdmin and our managers are knowledgeable on the program. PeopleAdmin seems to be better with handling the specific issues with confidentiality used in our faculty searches.
