Overall Satisfaction

We use Tableau Desktop across our IT and Business Analysis departments. We also use Tableau Server. It has revolutionised how we represent our internal and client facing data and use it to great effect for providing new insights to existing data. Highly recommended.
  • Makes it very easy to "blend" data from different places
  • Easy to connect to external data sources
  • Ease of creating visualisations
  • Saving and reusing data sources is not as easy as I would like
  • It's increased employee efficiency enormously
  • It's starting to get this new insights into data we didn't expect
  • Crystal Reports
When we eventually looked it up when we realised that it was much better than Crystal reports. It was so much better than Crystal reports there was no real comparison

Yes - We were using a combination of other separate tools to try and get information from our existing data and no single tool so when we implemented Tableau everything became much easier

Support has been excellent we have no complaints we kept fully up-to-date with the status of any other issues and all of our issues have been resolved quickly. They have been proactive and came to us to find out whether there was anything we wanted them to do which is amazing.

We had some small issues during a software update and all our contacts in Tableau rallied round to make sure that we were fully supported and problems were fixed quickly.
