Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro company-wide. It is HR's system of record for employee information and also handles payroll for us. On a basic level, it eliminates a lot of paper and saves us a lot of time. For necessary evils such are open enrollment, it is a godsend. Paper forms and administration would be an absolute nightmare!
- Workflows
- Ease of use
- UTA could be improved upon (but I think a lot these concerns are being handled with an upcoming release)
- At times it feels as if the entry level technicians aren't as familiar with the product as they should be.
I've briefly seen certain parts of PeopleSoft. I feel as if UltiPro blows them out of the water in terms of ease of use, and functionality.

UltiPro Support

Problems get solved No escalation required Immediate help available Support cares about my success Quick Initial Response | Slow Resolution Not kept informed Need to explain problems multiple times |
Yes - No. It was a "known issue" that has taken well over a year to fix.
My NSR (who is no longer with the company, much to my dismay), stayed on the phone with me for over 2 hours (after hours) in order to assist me with my first open enrollment setup. Going the extra mile in that fashion really made the difference.
