2019 TrustRadius Most Loved Awards!

February 13th, 2019 8 min read

Most Loved AwardHere at TrustRadius, love is in the air every time we look around at our growing community of business software users. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we compiled the first ever TrustRadius Love Report, which analyzed every review we have collected to date word by word. We looked at a total of 168,000+ reviews of 4,185 products across 421 categories, and determined which products were the most beloved by TrustRadians by comparing mentions of “love” in all its (grammatical) forms to the total number of reviews we’ve received of each product. After much consideration, fifty products emerged as the winners of TrustRadius’s first-ever Most Loved Award, with the highest ratio of “love” per review across our entire site.

The award winners span many categories and are most loved by their customers for a multitude of reasons, but there were some things that charmed and beguiled reviewers across the board. Here’s the full list of the 50 “Most Loved” Award winners, as well as an in-depth look at what we learned from the top 10 products about how to tell you’re head over heels in love (with a software product):

Workable

The one you love doesn’t try to change you.

The award for Most Loved product of 2019 goes to Workable. This applicant tracking system is adaptable to the needs of businesses of all sizes, with plans serving everyone from small businesses to enterprise clients.

“We love how customizable it is so that we can adapt the ATS to our hiring process, and not have to adapt our hiring process to match an ATS,” says a recruiting coordinator using Workable at her mid-size company.

Workable’s user-friendly interface gives customers the ability to communicate with job candidates via email, social media, or common applications like Google Apps, and post to multiple job boards simultaneously. It also offers recruiters the ability to customize their career page, parse resumes, and track and report on the hiring process.

Acuity Scheduling

They make your heart race.

Acuity Scheduling certainly gets some hearts beating faster with its highly customizable appointment scheduling offerings, which many of our reviewers find to be a perfect fit for their small business.

One customer, who describes herself as a solopreneur and titled her review “Acuity… oh my heart be still,” loves the different appointment types she can create with Acuity. She adds “[t]he forms you can attach and require for an appointment are on point, you can now make yourself appear busy (they’ll hide random appointments times for you), and you can customize a whole host of reminder emails. LOVE it.”

Customers also appreciate Acuity’s integration with multiple calendars across time zones, which allows them to save time and reduce frustration scheduling meetings with their clients.

InVision

They make you feel like a million bucks.

InVision is a design and prototyping tool helping over one million users collaborate with their development teams and impress their clients with wireframes and interactive prototypes.

“A streamlined process means less workload, and the clients absolutely love being able to see the prototypes and wireframes with interactions,” says an executive of small IT company.

Designers love bringing their ideas to life with InVision’s interactive mockups, and feel more confident that they are curating a top-notch viewing experience for their clients after making the shift from paper and PDF presentations.

Gusto

They congratulate you when you accomplish things.

People love Gusto for its friendly, fun approach to payroll, benefits, and HR management, which “makes new employees feel welcome and appreciated,” according to a current customer.  Administrators and users alike appreciate the all-in-one interface, which keeps important documents in one place for employees to access independently, and automatically handles payroll taxes, forms, and other calculations for employers.

“My employees love the ease of onboarding, changing their personal information, and the cute emails they get when it’s payday that not only tells them they’ve been paid but also congratulates them if they’ve received a raise or a bonus,” says the owner of a small accounting firm.

PandaDoc

They’re the whole package.

PandaDoc has captured the hearts of many TrustRadians with its comprehensive e-signature and document management capabilities, which allow users to quickly draft contracts and proposals and send them out to be signed electronically.

One customer gushes, “[I] love that PandaDoc has the full end-to-end process of creating a template, converting to a document and sending directly to the recipient for signature.” Another says he saves ten hours per employee every week with PandaDoc, which frees up his team to have conversations with prospects.

PandaDoc’s all-inclusive approach makes it a favorite among busy small- and mid-size businesses who want their e-signature solution to do it all.

Namely

Your friends all love them too…

Namely offers a wide range of HR management tools, from onboarding and performance reviews to management of payroll and benefits, providing “an all-in-one shop that employees, managers, and administrators can use and love to use every day,” according to a TrustRadius reviewer.

Other Namely admirers say that the “user experience for both admin and employees is excellent” and that the inclusive platform promotes transparency and communication within their company. Users particularly love Namely’s self-service portal, from which they can access payroll documents, revisit performance reviews, and put in requests for time off.

Clearbit

…yet you still gush about them to everyone you meet.

Clearbit is a sales intelligence tool that several reviewers are eager to recommend to peers because of its seamless contact and company record updates and integrations with popular tools such as G Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook.

One customer, who uses Clearbit both to enrich data gathered through market research and clean it up before adding it to their CRM, says “I love the Gmail plugin and have recommended it to many of my clients and friends that need clean data.” Other users praise Clearbit for helping them save time while maintaining up-to-date records, as well as generating lists of new leads using up to 80 matching fields.

Sprout Social

They are always working to be better versions of themselves.

Sprout Social’s social media management platform empowers brands to collaborate internally and use their social accounts to more effectively communicate with and serve their customers. Sprout customers appreciate the platform’s intuitive scheduling/content management, wide variety of integrations, and thorough reporting capacities. But the aspect of Sprout Social that some users love most is that its best is always getting better.

A satisfied user writes, “Sprout Social is constantly improving their product. I love using their services because I know that this isn’t as good as it’s going to get (although pretty awesome) – but that they will always continue to one-up themselves!”

Typeform

You have fun when you spend time together.

For a survey and forms building tool, Typeform users get warm and fuzzy feelings when they talk about all the options they have to create appealing forms, surveys, quizzes, tutorials and beyond. “I love how easy and fun it is to create a form. Adding various fields is so simple and they have a robust variety of fields to choose from.

Typeform’s design is a fresh take on forms,” says a Customer Success Manager using Typeform to collect feedback from new customers. With a “clean, beautiful experience that flows” (according to another CSM) and an interface that doesn’t require that survey designers know how to write code, Typeform makes form building fun.

Instapage

They just make your life a little easier.

Advertisers and marketers using Instapage, the A/B testing tool, feel like they can relax and unwind knowing that their (landing page software) partner has their back when it comes to post-click optimization. “I love how easy the setup was,” says one user. “The drag and drop design is easy for people who don’t know code but it also allows coding options for those who do.”

The tools that comprise Instapage’s platform let customers build personalized post-click landing pages at scale, optimize page performance, and collaborate with their team, making the task of targeting disparate audiences and improving conversion rates simpler.
