We are excited to announce the Top Rated Electronic Signature Software for 2019! Top Rated awards showcase today’s top-of-the-line products in Electronic Signature Software based solely on user feedback and satisfaction scores. These awards make the voice of the market the primary decider into the industry’s best products.
Top Rated awards are the most trusted in the industry because they are never influenced by analyst opinion, the vendor’s size, popularity, or status as a TrustRadius customer.
Here are the winners:
PandaDoc is an electronic signature software that promises to streamline and simplify the contract, sales quote, and proposal process. PandaDoc is heavily used by sales teams because of several features that translate well to the sales industry. These capabilities allow users to create approval workflows and track basic sales metrics, such as time-to-close. PandaDoc also integrates with a variety of CRM tools. A majority (68%) of PandaDoc users on TrustRadius are from small businesses. Reviewers appreciate PandaDoc for how much time it saves its users.
“We use PandaDoc to streamline our proposal process. Whenever a proposal needs to be sent out to a potential client, instead of sending a static document or PDF, we author up proposals and send them using PandaDoc. The main challenge that PandaDoc addresses is reducing the time spent authoring and following-up on proposals. This application has cut the amount of time each sales team member needs to spend on proposals by hours each week.”– Garrett Genest | Marketing Manager in Technology | Computer Software Company
DocuSign is an electronic signature software that helps companies manage how they prepare, sign, and store agreements and contracts. DocuSign has several industry and department specific solutions for various fields, including financial services, real estate, banking, HR, and more and it integrates with more than 350 business applications. Additionally, DocuSign has an API which allows for it to be embedded into websites or applications. About half of the DocuSign users on TrustRadius are from mid-size companies. Reviewers recommend DocuSign for the mobile app and customizable approval workflows.
“We use DocuSign for completing new hire offer letters, NDAs and sales contracts efficiently. We’re able to intuitively upload documents for signature and set up workflows for each signer. It’s particularly beneficial for us to have the ability to route to our VP for final signature only once all other parties have completed their signatures. That way, we’re not bothering our VP in case any revisions need to be made.”– Verified User | Account Manager in Sales | Internet Company
Congratulations to the winners of the Top Rated Electronic Signatures Software Award!
What is Electronic Signature Software?
Electronic signature software is a cloud-based tool to help manage the creation and legal signing of a document. E-signature software reduces the amount of time a company will spend chasing signatures, emailing documents, and tracking revisions. It also encrypts document data to keep communications secure.
Users can upload documents, tag specific areas where signatures or initials are needed, and even specify the order in which multiple users should sign the document (approval workflows). The electronic signature software will then notify the user that a document is ready to sign. Unlike paper processes, e-signature software allows you to track document status and archive completed documents for storage or auditing purposes. Some even integrate with other systems, such as CRM, HR, or accounting products.
