Over 50% of LinkedIn Sales Navigator users on TrustRadius are from mid-sized businesses and 34% work in the Computer Software or IT Services industries. Reviewers emphasize that LinkedIn Sales Navigator helps users identify the best person to reach out to at a specific company and pulls the correct job and company related information for that lead.

Recently acquired by DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo is a sales intelligence tool that provides users with an extensive B2B contact database for prospecting, list building, and augmenting contact records already in their CRM. It includes features such as contact searches based on demographic and firmographic characteristics, company searches, and the ability to build targeted lead lists filtered by industry, job title, company size, etc. ZoomInfo also integrates with popular third-party sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo. A large portion of ZoomInfo’s users (34%) on TrustRadius are from the Computer Software or IT Services industries. Two things reviewers praise are the volume and quality of the data ZoomInfo provides; it collects thousands of contacts from across industries and the most common fields such as name, job title, email, and direct dial number are regularly updated.

EverString is a predictive sales analytics tool focused on the B2B market that has strong marketing and sales intelligence capabilities. Under the sales intelligence umbrella, EverString enables users to conduct contact and company searches using demographic, firmographic, and technographic filters. It includes features such as the collection and time stamping of prospect intent data, lead scoring based off of intent data, recommendations for which companies to target based on recent closed-won deals, and CRM integration. A large majority (73%) of EverString users on TrustRadius are from mid-sized businesses. These reviewers note that the intent data and technographic information EverString provides helps them identify companies that are looking for a specific software that aligns with the products their company offers.

It enables users to append in-depth information to contact records in the user’s CRM and search for leads using demographic, industry, and company level filters. Clearbit refreshes their database every 30 days and offers a wide array of integrations with popular tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Slack, Zapier, and Gmail and Outlook for email. The majority (59%) of Clearbit users on TrustRadius are from mid-sized businesses. According to reviewers, the accuracy of the information in the database and the ease of integration with Salesforce are two benefits of using Clearbit.
