Buffer is a social media management platform that helps users schedule posts across social profiles and analyze post-performance. The platform includes features such as boolean keyword searches, sentiment analysis, content planning and scheduling, audience targeting, customer engagement features, paid media management, and analytics. Reviewers praise Sprinklr’s customizable dashboards, focus on audience engagement, robust reporting and engagement features, and channel coverage.

What is Social Media Management?
