Pluralsight is a Corporate Learning Management System that offers an extensive library of courses, discussions, exercises, and skill assessments. It is used by both individual IT employees and teams to gain a better understanding of new technologies as they come out, along with building new skills. LinkedIn’s lynda.com offers a library of business, technology, and creative courses for professionals and corporate teams. lynda.com’s courses have a learn-at-your-own-pace format. Reviewers highlight the high-quality practice exercises, and organized user interface (which allows them to bookmark their progress and find other relevant material easily), as a few of the platform’s strengths.

GreenLight (SilkRoad Learning)

GreenLight is the corporate LMS component of SilkRoad’s HR and talent management Life Suite. It’s focused on employee onboarding and internal training, with features that include an employee learning portal, course catalog management, learning assessments, enrollment management, and compliance dashboards. Reviewers like the ability to administer training assignments based on criteria like role, certification deadlines, etc. and the ability to report on compliance at a high level.
