If you run a sales department or are a sales person who needs to sync up your calendar(s) so you can effectively schedule calls without double-booking this is a good tool. You can get it to remind you (and the person booking the call) VIA text message and email so you're less likely to forget. This also is a good tool if you want existing clients to have access to booking certain times in your calendar but not others. And it can even work for internal teams who need to book calls. However, if you aren't in a situation where you need to book virtual meetings often, then it's probably not worth it for you to use this tool and you could just use Gmail reminders.

  • You can ensure the appointments are synced if with your existing Google, outlook and office 365 calendars.

  • Links calendars- no need to go back and forth between calendars, everything is synced up.
  • Schedules Zoom calls with link and sends alerts to remind prospect of meeting
  • Follows up to reschedule if prospect missed meeting, which saves me a ton of time.

  • The client screen is a little clunky and often there is insufficient space for the full address. It would also be useful to have other fields.
  • The diary is a bit cluttered. While the agenda view solves this problem, some work is needed on the main calendar view.
  • Expanding the messaging options and being able to send emails to clients and use templates would be helpful.

Almost all the calendar tools on the market offer the same functionality and similar pricing. I would renew ScheduleOnce based on its user interface (in particular on mobile), its pricing, and also its ability to integrate with my existing tech stack without causing headaches or needing to bring in expensive tech people to fix problems.

The tool is the all singing and dancing ultimate appointment and scheduling tool suitable to almost any business that requires their customers/ clients to book in for a service. Has so many features and works really well with many third party tools that can save you a lot of time and hassle. It would of been a 10 if 10to8/had its own mobile app not web based app

The support that I have received has been fantastic! When I first started to use 10 to 8 and began evaluating the use for our campus, I had many questions regarding corporate pricing, integration with other tools, and training. I have always found that the support group was very helpful in helping me to find solutions and providing me with resources as requested. Over the years, I have certainly had a couple of issues that require the assistance of support. The most recent incident that I can recall involved a problem with syncing my various calendars. In short, an issue had emerged that was causing duplication of appointments on my schedule, creating some confusion for my students as well as myself. I reached out to Support and provided some information about what was occurring; they were able to provide direction and insights to solve my problem within 12 to 18 hours. In this instance, I sought Support through online/email. So a small delay would be anticipated, and in this case, was completely acceptable. I have not experienced any problems that were unresolved. I have reached out to them with suggestions in the past and requests for enhancements to the tool and all of these have been acknowledged and received, and in some cases, they noted that some things were being developed. I have certainly seen the tool evolve over time and get better.

We can't schedule directly through MyCase, but we sync our 10to8 account with multiple calendars. Smith.ai schedules appointments for us by clicking on a link. We use Calendly for some appointments, but it's more expensive.

Calendly is very simple, and fine for one person. Another option, Get Omnify, does very well for brick and mortar businesses and has some advanced features, but at the time there was nothing else that was as capable as ScheduleOnce, which is why we chose it, and why the organization continues to use it despite its price.
