Likelihood to Recommend I still give it a 10 for appointment scheduling. It has a lot of great features for the price. Even the free option has great features. it's easy to set up and get started. It saves so much time when scheduling appointments with other people.

You can embed your booking page that you create directly on 10to8 to your website using a shortcode. You can charge for appointments booked in advance which helps to eliminate the frustration of clients of no show clients. You can customize your booking page to fit in with your business trading times, block out lunches, holidays and special days. Read full review Integrating the Viator / Trip Advisor API so that the encrypted customer emails can show up in Xola and the client may be emailed from inside Xola. Viator says that other platforms allow this but Xola is still lagging on this one. Some minor tweaks allow the integrated tipping app to append a more customized message. Read full review Alternatives Considered Pricing for the options was not as affordable as 10 to 8. I could only use it for a short-term (days) for free, which wasn't appealing to me. I eventually upgraded on 10 to 8 after a few months of use because it gave me enough time to feel comfortable with it.
Read full review Xola has many similar features but in the end, the friendly fast 24/7 free always on and always ready to help customer support blows everyone else away. Many times I have found Xola to be able to expedite a customer issue or confusion with software integration or support for their software in a way that saves $$$ because my reservationists can resolve the issue or their confusion and quickly get back to work.
