Zoho CRM

If you are able to afford a CRM for all of your users, then Zoho CRM is probably the best in the market. However if your organization or startup is short of money, then I would certainly not recommend it as there are other CRMs available in the market which offer more free features.

  • It provides an excellent database, where it is possible to perfectly manage and track all sales, in a general or quite specific way, which also helps us with the work organization thanks to the real-time synchronization and allows us to visualize everything always up to date.
  • Import of customer contacts with Outlook, plus an excellent synchronization with MS Outlook to share among colleagues the conversation with customers and that everyone is aware of the status that was agreed with each customer. As well as a space to schedule appointments and make notes if necessary.
  • An important point is how easy it is to use Zoho CRM and its tools in parallel, once they are synchronized together it enhances the way of working, plus the customer service offers excellent documentation and is a vital guide to make the best use of each of the tools.

  • The client screen is a little clunky and often there is insufficient space for the full address. It would also be useful to have other fields.
  • The diary is a bit cluttered. While the agenda view solves this problem, some work is needed on the main calendar view.
  • Expanding the messaging options and being able to send emails to clients and use templates would be helpful.

Now that the system is in place it needs to be used and refined over a long period to time in order to get the full value. As a result you need to consider the long-term and renewal knowing that the system will get better the more you use it.

Has so many features and works really well with many third party tools that can save you a lot of time and hassle. It would of been a 10 if 10to8/had its own mobile app not web based app

While you were able to use the tool, it wasn't easy. They made the interface outdated and clunky. There were a lot of extra things that were unnecessary. They also make it take several steps in order to actually get to where you want to go. Instead of making things easy to find, they hide them under settings. Like Workflow and Automations, for example. Something you'd want easy access to, you have to go hunting for.

The support that I have received has been fantastic! When I first started to use 10 to 8 and began evaluating the use for our campus, I had many questions regarding corporate pricing, integration with other tools, and training. I have always found that the support group was very helpful in helping me to find solutions and providing me with resources as requested. Over the years, I have certainly had a couple of issues that require the assistance of support. The most recent incident that I can recall involved a problem with syncing my various calendars. In short, an issue had emerged that was causing duplication of appointments on my schedule, creating some confusion for my students as well as myself. I reached out to Support and provided some information about what was occurring; they were able to provide direction and insights to solve my problem within 12 to 18 hours. In this instance, I sought Support through online/email. So a small delay would be anticipated, and in this case, was completely acceptable. I have not experienced any problems that were unresolved. I have reached out to them with suggestions in the past and requests for enhancements to the tool and all of these have been acknowledged and received, and in some cases, they noted that some things were being developed. I have certainly seen the tool evolve over time and get better.

We can't schedule directly through MyCase, but we sync our 10to8 account with multiple calendars. Smith.ai schedules appointments for us by clicking on a link. We use Calendly for some appointments, but it's more expensive.
