12d Synergy vs. iManage Records Manager

12d Synergy and its ability to handle all file types really suited the engineering industry.

iManage Record Manager is quite good when it comes to tracking record and it manages them very well. We need to maintain a record of data physically as well electronically. It had helped us a lot in managing as well as exporting the data easily from the cloud.

Hands down prefer 12d Synergy. Bentley ProjectWise is overly complex, expensive and has a very cluttered interface.

I manage to have more capabilities for creating file-sharing spaces that are specific to different clients or groups within an organization.

• Email saving used to be a nightmare, however, staff finds 12d Synergy's email saving easy to use and are able to search for saved emails quickly.
