Printfection is a swag management platform that aims to simplify the buying, managing, and distribution of swag and branded merchandise, from the company of the same name in Denver. They offer a suite of online swag management tools and APIs alongside custom printing, inventory management, and distribution. The vendor states their customers use the platform to drive more leads, reward customers, and engage employees.
At first, it was a little much to continue reporting each week. Then, as time went on, it was more helpful as I was using it as a tool to accomplish and complete tasks that were listed. There have only been a few weeks that I was unable to complete a weekly report, but all in all, it has made me more aware.
We absolutely love Printfection and it has been a great experience so far. The swag and apparel we order often exceed our expectations and the team is incredibly helpful and creative. Our CSM is knowledgeable and quick with email responses and any support we might need. We also have a dedicated merchandise manager who is always coming up with new ideas for our team. On the other hand, the lack of Salesforce integration capabilities has been very frustrating for us. We bought Printfection because we were struggling to track our gifting and we needed something that would communicate nicely with Salesforce. We were told the integration worked and was easy but it took multiple meetings with the team to get it set up and it's still not what we were hoping for. The integration is really just creating a button that links to Printfection and the two tools don't communicate in any way.
Questions are repetitive weekly, though this may be a function of our administrator, and not the platform itself. Answering the same questions every 2 weeks is an awful lot like the movie Groundhog day.
Give employees at all levels visibility into the "How are you feeling" score to get a pulse on the entire company at once.
This program is the absolute best I've ever used in 30 years with organizations. Not only do I enjoy being a user and "filling it out" every week- but I would personally buy it if available for goal tracking in my personal life I love it that much!
It's very simple to use - not overly complicated. You wouldn't need training to use. There are some features I never use because I don't understand -- like one on ones. However we use without and still find a lot of value in it!
The 15Five support team is amazing. They were always willing to speak with me when I did something wrong in the system and never had a harsh or placing judgment tone in their voices. They respond quickly and promptly and allowed me to learn something new each time I cross lines with them. I am thankful for their knowledge and customer service they shared with me when I needed it.
It's clear they care about relationships with their customers as they all work hard to make sure you are getting the product, service and experience you want. Their response time is prompt, necessary action is always clear, and if you want a face to face conversation, they never hesitate to jump on a call.
Very helpful webinar training. They answer questions, the slides are all very helpful, and they send you the presentation once the webinar is complete so that you can share with your team.
Very simple and quick. Pretty sure it was a matter of setting up our accounts and a few quick walkthrough meetings to ensure we were implemented to our preferences.
I used Achievers a while ago and it was only limited to rewards. 15FIVE really makes a difference, it's real engagement for businesses and provides a lot of structure. I also love what they preach in their social channels as we are constantly learning from their podcasts and blog posts.
The other solutions we vetted were more DIY and involved a bit more work on the end user. We wanted ease of use and distribution. Printfection was the most expensive option but the easiest to manage for a remote company
There aren't many professional services besides what is related to their product. What would have been great was to get design services included in our membership since we dont have one in house
Previously we had a "welcome" kit for certain new customers with custom packaging and great messaging. It was very successful in helping kick off a new customer relationship.
If the platform was integrated with our CRM we'd have more metrics to be able to measure ROI.
