Likelihood to Recommend Fileboard is great for all sizes of sales organizations and very useful for those utilizing Salesforce. Their pricing is more affordable than competitors and their people are less pushy. My advice would be to demo the product and see if it fits your needs before looking at the more established and expensive competitors.
Read full review Within the last 6 months, I've run a personal A/B test on opportunities with and without Consensus videos being sent after every meeting. Those opportunities where I sent Consensus videos after every meeting had a >50% likelihood of closing and/or progressed past the Proposal phase. Those opportunities where I did not send Consensus video, I was left unanswered more often than not

Our sales team as well as our operations team has experienced a number of stability issues on calls with our prospective customers to the point that we are looking for alternative solutions before our contract with fileboard has even expired. I received more complaints from my team in 6 months using Fileboard than 2 years using a competing product. We attempted to part ways mid contract and request a refund for unused access but were rejected and accused of blackmail after I provided two possible outcomes to our situation. One being private resolution and parting ways and second being an honest assessment of my experience with Fileboard and wishing we had stuck with the slightly more expensive solution. Read full review Consensus has been a valuable and vital sales tool at every stage of our sales cycle. In the very early stages of prospect education, you can send videos to get them familiar and up to speed with our product without a solution consultant's involvement. It is also a very powerful tool at the later stages of the sales cycle, with the ability to tailor demos and intro videos and record exec alignment itro videos, which we have had great success with
Read full review Usability There is some level of enablement necessary for those that will actually be creating demo videos There are several things that you have to turn on to make sure everyone can see the demo videos in the library and it took some time to realize that I wasn't turning on all the triggers I needed

We have been using them for years with no plans on changing because of the time and effort saved by being able to send out videos that showcase different parts of our software and the full suite when necessary
