EchoSpan 360-Degree Feedback Tool

As a 360 assessment it rates very well when compared to our previous vendor. 360-Degree Feedback is more affordable so it allows departments to avail themselves of the opportunity to help their team members learn more about themselves, which would have been cost-prohibitive with our previous vendor.The support department has been FANTASTIC! Quick responses on all any small issues and easy to work with for customizing templates. The system allows us to add rater groups and increase the group sizes easily.

Maestro

Maestro works well in traditional coaching environments for customer support teams. We had some challenges rolling out our peer review system where agents rate tickets for other agents in addition to managers rating tickets. Their implementation staff went above and beyond in helping us think through our initial rubrics and provided coaching on how to configure things optimally for our business use cases.

  • It would be beneficial if the system automatically reported if an email was returned because of an incorrect address.

Both EchoSpan and the other vendor supplied comparable products, so the major difference was the cost involved. EchoSpan is much more affordable and offers a very similar quality of report.

We selected Maestro over Qualitista and some hacked together Google Sheets scripts that performed similar functions. At the time Qualitista was in its early alpha stage and wasn't something that would have worked for our team. The Google Sheets script worked well for a small team, but didn't allow us to do what we wanted with peer feedback. The team at Maestro did a great job onboarding us and adding features for our peer feedback use case.
