Showpad Coach (formerly LearnCore) is a corporate-focused learning management software solution developed by VLinks Media and acquired by Showpad June 2018.
360Learning allowed us to stimulate and engage our collaborators during the pandemic. Best practices and knowledge are now shared on the platform. We have built training programs and made partnerships with training catalogs to provide resources to our collaborators. We also designed onboarding for the newcomers. It is really appreciated at Leyton.
It is great for perfecting sales skills and ramping up new talent via a library of videos. It is also great for creating sales competitions. This gets everyone engaged on the specific exercise that the firm is looking to educate its employees on
Data storage and organization of training by labor department to directly focus the training according to the area that each work team needs.
As a process manager I am in charge of evaluating that each mechanism is working properly, it is then how having a monitoring section facilitates my work and offers all the necessary characteristics that allow me to reinforce my work to do the best for professional training.
A/B tests that give us the possibility to test the implementation of different modules.
Easy to use tool, completely intuitive and offers most of the time optimal options making the tools adapt to what we need to do.
The search field for videos isn't as robust as we need. It only searches videos that the user has already watched rather than searching all available videos.
Ability to edit the videos recorded in the platform.
Ability to manually mark courses as complete for a group of users.
Ability to create multiple questions graded quizzes in the platform - rather than 1 question at a time.
You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.
So we have a subscription to microsoft that has learning as well (provided by former lynda) and that doesn't do as well as 360Learning does, nor does it allow you the ability to create courses, everything is custom built by Lynda or third party resources so the ability to view great up to date content and to be able to create our own has been a huge sales point.
Creating an open space where all the members of the different teams can optimally engage in their work and function comfortably in the professional field, having with them the necessary tools to enhance their work, has undoubtedly brought all the necessary rewards, this has given us Saved time by avoiding future failures, thus acting as a preventive system, having the team prepared for future incidents allows us to avoid bad situations and maintain an active line of work with favorable results most of the time.
