I can recommend tessello to any organization for better learning programs. It has intuitive user interface that promotes effective organization of events. It ensures that there is no data leakage to unauthorized parties for each learner. Our documents and performance list is always secure with individual portals. It has contributed to teamwork in our company during joint task collaboration and project implementation.

Since I started in our organization, 360Learning has evolved and keep evolving and makes the experience easier and better.

You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

So we have a subscription to microsoft that has learning as well (provided by former lynda) and that doesn't do as well as 360Learning does, nor does it allow you the ability to create courses, everything is custom built by Lynda or third party resources so the ability to view great up to date content and to be able to create our own has been a huge sales point.

We switched to tessello from its great features that support our learning system. The deployment process took us very minimal time and started running immediately. This product ensures that each employee performance is well monitored and when there is need for skill advancement it notifies our managers. The support team is always available when there is a problem and can easily guide via live chat.

• Creating the Path as when you modify a course is live.
• Not being able to download your content if it is directly developed on the platform caused us issues as we had to copy-paste into a PowerPoint all content that a previous eLearning designer had developed.
