An active user is any user that has logged in on the web or mobile app and accessed any core functionality (e.g. courses, reporting, etc.) in a given month. Users that have not accessed their account in a given month are not considered active users. Once a user is counted as an Active User they can access Courseplay as much as they like that month without being billed extra.

Likelihood to Recommend	360training.com Terrible experience. The course repeated itself with different answers to the same question multiple times. Additionally in my state, TX, the approved provider (in this case 360training.com) has 10 calendar days to submit my completion certificate. They never sent it. Essentially, they took my money and did not report. So to me that sounds like theft of services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION OF ANY SORT. There are no repercussions and now I'll have to fight the charge on my cc as well as re-take the course with another provider in order to keep my license current. Zoom and other video chat applications don't offer features like gamification or user reports. The cost per user is also relatively low compared to similar services.
