Well, for anyone who delivers trainings or does consultations and wants to do this online and look professional, 3veta gives everything you need. It's a nice package of the key features and tools for an online office.
For people dealing with a high volume of clients and are heavily reliant on meetings. For someone who is not dealing with much traffic, it is easier to keep tabs on their schedule and stay on top of their appointments, so Apptoto will be just a luxury. However, make sure to keep a backup source as well, for example, a mobile calendar.

Their online support and phone coverage are the best I ave ever encountered. Jovial, kind, and responsive are the word I would use to describe what they do and the methodology of why they do it so well. Online support is a breeze because you can upload images/video clips — no need to have a 3rd party app, like GoToMeeting for underlying support issues.
Using 3veta I pay only one monthly subscription (and not three or four). This is cheaper and a lot more convenient for me.
It's fairly similar. some additional features are added like reminders through SMS, Email, etc. When we want to convey a message to reschedule a meeting or any other appointments Google Calendar will send that but we have to look at each attendee individually whereas Apptoto's UI makes it easier. All and all fairly similar as per my requirement.
