Cons	500apps No answers on this topic	Nulab, Inc. The biggest drawback that I want Backlog to fix as soon as possible is that is does not provide any place to explain the problem or bug virtually. It's the most user-friendly and cost-effective chatbot software available, thanks to its intuitive user interface and first-rate customer support.
