Likelihood to Recommend	500apps I think it is well suited in the IT and HR/administration areas. As it offers a large services related to communications and data management systems. Also in educational institutions we can use the service as well. That being said, sometimes there are files that would perfectly fit as attachments but I want the security that Hightail provides when sending sensitive or private material. Alternatives Considered	500apps The user-friendly UI is excellent. In contrast to other platforms, I am able to build my chatbot in a matter of minutes. I finally chose Botup. It's the most user-friendly and cost-effective chatbot software available, thanks to its intuitive user interface and first-rate customer support. But now that we more consistently use Google Drive, I use it probably 75% more than I use OpenText Hightail for the same tasks.
