Chorus.ai

I think Chorus.ai has been a good tool for someone that is trying to get up to speed on a new business by listening to sales conversations. It has helped me learn the questions that customers ask, the topics they care about most, and the objections they might typically have in a deal. Working in marketing, it's really important for me to hear from the customer and not just what our sales team says about our customers. With Chorus.ai, I can try to identify calls to listen to rather than hoping that jumping on particular live sales calls will give me the information I need.

  • The basic functionality, i.e. call recording and allowing the calls to be reviewed, works great! This provides huge insight into our business, especially for leaders who don't have the time to live-shadow calls.
  • Analyzing and comparing "talk times" (i.e. seller vs. buyer percentages) is extremely insightful.
  • Easy to integrate with calendars and technology like Zoom—reps can set it and forget it.

  • Provide a 6sense wiki/guide explaining 6sense terms used in 6sense iframe, in 6sense alerts, and 6sense ABM platform (explicit definitions and relations between these terms)

  • Trouble with accuracy of transcription for strong accents.
  • Inability in analytics to jump to an account or specific call with one click (ex. mousing over the meetings by deal - I'd expect to click on Company A, and jump to more details or to jump to one of its four calls).
  • Proactive speech pattern analytics -- would love to see that there's a trend of certain keywords emerging or for chorus to list certain phrases by frequency that we may not be aware of. Use case: we can mirror our customers' language.
  • One-click ability to export an individual call transcript.

It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term

The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

Chorus has a great user experience. It is very easy to navigate and figure out. You do not need anyone to walk you through the usage and process as it is very easy to determine on your own, even if you are not a technologically savvy person. It is very easy to use in a variety of settings and the organizational structure makes it even easier to navigate.

Above and beyond! I personally meet with our customer success manager sometimes multiple times a week to build a strong ABM strategy, look at new capabilities, etc. I also join the user groups as much as possible to hear from the product team which has been amazing. Next up I am looking forward to their 2-day virtual event as I am sure the content will be extremely educational.

I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.

It was a very close call to Triblio. Ultimately, I made the decision to go with 6sense for 2 reasons. 1. When it came time to negotiate price, 6sense told me that they wouldn't remove customer service and support from the packaging because they felt that was key to client success. 2. I felt that the sales team could start to identify accounts that were already in decision/purchase stages so as we were getting ramped up and onboarded they didn't have to wait for marketing.

Gong.io sales process wasn't involved enough, Chorus.ai simply displayed better salesmanship. SalesLoft had too much overlap with other products we were already using. ExecVision didn't have the depth and breadth we were looking for in a product like this. When it came down to it, Chorus.ai had everything we were looking for and simple integration into all of our core technologies.

  • After just 2 months in production we can track generated pipeline specifically to 6sense.
  • We are anticipating driving more marketing generated opportunities at a faster pace. We already know we win deals at a 2x rate when marketing generated vs sales generated.
