6sense is well suited for organizations that are looking for a single ABM orchestration platform. Their intent data and scoring algorithm seem to be very accurate. Their advertising is very easy to use but I don't have confirmation yet as to the accuracy of the targeting.

It's well suited if your requirement is to have a central repository of all prospect/customer-facing calls. It will also help you get better at your calls by analysing your talk/listen ratio, if your questions are engaging enough etc.It might be less appropriate if you're looking for something that's easy to onboard and implement. Their team takes a good amount of time for integrations.

- No way to easily use UTMs for ads. If you want to use UTMs for different campaigns but the same creative, you have to upload the ads multiple times in order to be able to use different UTMs
- Getting the predictive model up and running took a bit longer than we hoped
- Should be able to allow spend to go to the top performing ads in campaigns rather than be spaced out evenly

- The analytics around risks associated with certain words/phrases never seems to be accurate or relevant. Meaning I say things that are definitely not problematic, but they get marked that way.
- Needs to be easier to locate certain parts of a call, maybe by a more powerful word search. This isn't a problem for 30-60 minute calls but is more challenging for longer training sessions that last 3 hours.

The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

Chorus has a great user experience. It is very easy to navigate and figure out. You do not need anyone to walk you through the usage and process as it is very easy to determine on your own, even if you are not a technologically savvy person. I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.
