    6sense is well suited for organizations that are looking for a single ABM orchestration platform. Their intent data and scoring algorithm seem to be very accurate. Their advertising is very easy to use but I don't have confirmation yet as to the accuracy of the targeting.

    FullStory is great for troubleshooting customer issues, especially when your customer base is in another time zone or composed of people who speak another language. It's also great for UI/UX projects, since you can see exactly what a customer is doing on your site and how they're interacting with your content

    • Their predictive analytics has thus far proven to be incredibly accurate
    • The UI is intuitive and provides a very good user experience
    • Their implementation process was excellent! What might have been overwhelming and cumbersome was made simple and easy to understand.

    • FullStory allows me to view visitor behavior on a particular webpage. Traditional web analytics focuses on visitor movement between web pages, not on one specific page.
    • The software helps us to discover the behavior of the customers and provides us all the insights.
    • The customer support of this team is also very good.
    • The automation of this software is well developed.
    • I like its customizable interface.

    • No way to easily use UTMs for ads. If you want to use UTMs for different campaigns but the same creative, you have to upload the ads multiple times in order to be able to use different UTMs
    • Getting the predictive model up and running took a bit longer than we hoped
    • Should be able to allow spend to go to the top performing ads in campaigns rather than be spaced out evenly

    • Can be a little confusing to know the exact time something happened, in local time or customer time? That's helpful for engineering to look into log files.
    • When looking for a specific session, it would be nice if you have a easier list of sessions with a little more info to choose from
    • It would be nice to be able to save flagged sessions and annotations under my profile to reference later

    We brought in FullStory to our platform to help and Support and Engineering team with diagnosing and troubleshooting our software but its use has grown internally and now our product and customer marketing teams have adopted it. They find it very useful to understand how customers use our product natively and how they "hack" it, this allows us to make changes to our product that we'd otherwise not have known about.

    The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

    Their Customer Success model is delivered as advertised. We're very satisfied with the availability of support. They care as much about our success as we do. We also had an issue where we believed there was an issue in a piece of functionality. They continued to dig until they found the problem and immediately put the fix into a patch.

    FullStory helps us in capturing error, rage, and dead clicks. This is helping us in making the user experience better. FullStory is also helping us do the comparative analysis of the old and newly added users to the application. The session recording can be shared with developers so that they can see what kind of issues a user is facing while using our application.

    FullStory is the only platform that we've trusted to give us solid reporting and recording for users. We do use Gainsight PX as well in order to track user flow, walkthrough/guides, and notifications. We love using FullStory and have been for the past four years!

    • Some ROI seen but we have not had many conversion rates from 6sense thus far
    • Win: More decision-makers involved earlier on. 6sense allows us to get across more contacts and multi-thread much more earlier on in the process.
