I always caution people that are developing an ABM practice to not start with technology, but when you have the data and go-to-market strategy Triblio can produce some quick, visible wins.You should not invest in Triblio until you have a high level of data integrity in your CRM, a clear go-to-market strategy, and a defined list of target accounts selected to and agreed to be management. The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

We have a cheaper version of Triblio, so we don't have all the bells and whistles. But, this works great for us. It's easy to use and the platform only includes things that we use instead of a handful of features that just slow it down. It looks like a simple version of Google Ads

Above and beyond! I personally meet with our customer success manager sometimes multiple times a week to build a strong ABM strategy, look at new capabilities, etc. I also join the user groups as much as possible to hear from the product team which has been amazing. Next up I am looking forward to their 2-day virtual event as I am sure the content will be extremely educational.

I have a scheduled check-in every week with an account rep. In the first several months of using Triblio, our meetings often ran the full 30 minutes. Now, they’re usually 5-10 minutes long because I’m more comfortable with the platform. If I ever have an issue or question outside of that weekly check-in, they usually respond with a resolution within 24 hours.

It was a very close call to Triblio. Ultimately, I made the decision to go with 6sense for 2 reasons. 1. When it came time to negotiate price, 6sense told me that they wouldn't remove customer service and support from the packaging because they felt that was key to client success. 2. I felt that the sales team could start to identify accounts that were already in decision/purchase stages so as we were getting ramped up and onboarded they didn't have to wait for marketing.

We were sold on Triblio for the web personalization elements on the home page but found that demand for them wasn't strong amongst the Sales Team. However, we found an upside in the content hubs. We are taking the content experience to the next level and looking to replace it with Uberflip. Triblio's were similar to what we get from Engagio, and they didn't match well, so we didn't use it.
