Accelevents vs. Leap Patron Management

Accelevents is very well suited for companies building an event program who want an ease to use platform that also has all the flexibility and features you could ever want. We love how it's all under one roof as they say. So we don't need to go connecting multiple tools together. Our previus platform had all of the features, but they were disconnected. Accelevents is much smoother to work with saving our team a ton of time and making everything more simple for our attendees.

PatronManager is probably best for a larger organization with a dedicated technology expert because a lot of the features require someone to understand the back end a little bit more, especially when you need help (and a lot of the webinars or feature releases are way over the average person's head!). Data mining becomes frustrating because the reporting features are very backwards. PatronManager is very user friendly on the ticketing center and its easy to train new employees on this side.

Accelevents is the easiest to use and has the best support. They're constantly innovating and adding new functionality and they want to hear from me on how to make the platform better. We are here to stay

The PatronManager user experience is far superior, and custom report-building is the easiest I have ever seen on a CRM platform. Pricing is also competitive, and customer service + support far exceeds other platforms I have used in the past.
