Ace Cloud VDI vs. Kiteworks

I appreciate that a backup of my data is regularly updated and stored at more than one location in the U.S. One
of our employees got a new computer about a month after we started using Act
Cloud Hosting, and the employee simply contacted tech support and they helped
her get her new computer connected to the server and she was back working in a
very short time. And I appreciate that they have always followed up after a tech support request to make sure that I am satisfied.

Kiteworks is very good for securely sharing files external to your company and doing so without your customers knowing who each other are. The interface is simple and relatively intuitive. We have had some issues in getting timely support from Accellion this past year, but they seem to be doing better lately.

• They sent detailed email on how to log in and use the system.

• Centralization of communication. My experience tells me that there are people initiating emails without the knowledge and the status of the progress with the installation

• Encrypting our files appears to be less than 100% complete
• Software updates cannot be scheduled to take place automatically like their old product
• Detailed activity logging is not available to administrators. You must submit the logs to Accellion for analysis.

We selected Ace Cloud Hosting as it has been serving the clients for 14+ years all around the globe. Ace Cloud Hosting has 24*7 customer support available and every time I or any of my team members had any difficulties using the product they were able to solve instantly.

The main reason for selecting Kiteworks is that when sharing files with multiple customers, each customer has no idea who the other customers are. To do that in Teams would require users to create a private team for each customer, which would be very [time-consuming].
