If you are looking for a basic CRM this tool would work. It has lots of room to grow.

DaPulse is far better than other tools that I've used when it comes to ease of use and appearance. It is very user-friendly and can be used for quick at-a-glance updates. It works well for my personal organization of social media posts, blog ideas, brainstorming, and asset tracking. I have not found it particularly helpful for scheduling my days.

Pros

  • Allows you to send emails directly from the target's account
  • Allows you to create tasks
  • Keeping track of notes made is easy

  • Dapulse is as simple of complex as you make it. For example, we have a 'higher tasks' board which makes for a nice at a glance view of what our department is working on. But then personally, I make my own private boards to flesh out complex ways of tracking large extensive projects, but no one else has to be overwhelmed or confused by seeing my own way of staying organized.
  • The layout is visually simple and user friendly. Dapulse gives you a lot of options without "feeling" like there is a lot you need to do. The user interface is very subtle, allowing you to make lots of modifications without cluttering up the space.
  • Anytime we have had a question, we have gotten a direct response. The team is very helpful and present.

Cons

  • Difficult to upload targets
  • Not easy to modify a target
  • When uploading targets you can not attach them to tags until after they are uploaded.
  • When listing opportunities in the system, you are limited with what stage the opportunity is in and the star system is not very helpful. The status' are very vague and not always accurate.

  • I might want there to be a month to month charging choice rather than only a yearly one. I might want to have the capacity to trade certain information or convert it into a PDF if important. Aside from that, I can not think about any motivation behind why I don't care for it.
  • The main thing I wish they offered is the capacity to connect "Pulses" (tasks) to each other.
  • A portion of the highlights of monday.com might be difficult to use for the amateurs. They require somebody who is innovatively mindful of this product. For example, the UI can on occasion gets shambolic. Likewise, the value model of this product appears somewhat high for a venture administration apparatus especially when there are extra clients. For example, the exceptional highlights.

It is very forward and intuitive, it does not do much either though.

We've previously used spreadsheets and our CRM (Pipeline Deals). Monday is far better in that it allows more collaboration, is easily organized, more customizable, and you can color code which makes a huge difference.

Return on Investment

  • Helps with tracking prospects through the sales/marketing funnel
  • Has led some employees to stop using the tool and going back to spreadsheets. When trying to attach targets to tags you need to do so individually and if you upload a large list you need to do this manually, one by one, and requires a lot of time. So people have gone back to spreadsheets where they could simply just cut and paste new people in.

  • A good impact so far - not sure how we'd measure ROI other than we like it and it's better than a whiteboard and a project manager's notebook.
