Accelo is a system that can do it all. It's extremely sophisticated. Depending on the sophistication of your organization, or specifically the abilities of the people you put in charge of the implementation, it can almost be too sophisticated. It all just depends on your situation. The more you use it, the more data you give it, the more you'll be able to see and do. It's incredibly powerful. But it's definitely not a tool that would be appropriate for smaller boutique type organizations that have only basic needs.

I think Insightly is a pretty good option for anyone looking for a database for their contacts. The different plans allow for a small number of contacts to a larger number for bigger companies. I'm not sure that really is a database that is completely perfect for everyone, but Insightly does a great job of covering at least a little bit of everything which makes it relevant to a lot of industries. I would say that if you are a really tiny company, this probably isn't the best software for your contact.

Insightly offers a great product; it's the right fit for our company at this time. We were, however, considering moving to Contactually due to their cost effective automation features. However, they lacked the project management capabilities of Insightly. As our company grows, we would love to stay with Insightly - and if they can nail the automation and add the ability to customize a little bit more, it would be the perfect solution for us. For a larger company with a more involved sales team, you might find the metrics/reporting to be a bit basic. Insightly offers great customer service even to free customers

Insightly cannot store large amount of data as it has limitation of storing large amount of data and that requires a lot of effort. It requires great amount of computation time as well to perform territory and customer segmentation analysis based on algorithm used which leads to delay in delivery of projects.

The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Reports can quickly be made, including custom fields.The website response has always been quick to load and has never been unavailable when I have needed access. They listen to requests for additional or custom features, and they hold workshops frequently to assist new and experienced users.

From the beginning the Accelo team has been very invested in ensuring our success and overall happiness with the platform. The initial implementation specialists and trainers did a fairly good job of learning our company and needs, and tried to tailor the trainings accordingly. However, once we made the formal switch to the platform, meaning we no longer were using our legacy systems, we found that we had a lot of questions....and a lot of ideas and recommendations. The support team is extremely responsive and seemingly happy to receive our continual feedback. And if we encounter an issue that seems to be a system issue, they work diligently to fix it (we've actually had an engineer join a call with us to learn of the issue - and subsequently fix it)

We're very disappointed with the technical support Insightly has to offer. Firstly, there is a lack of proper training modules or technical resources available online, even with a strong community of users. Then, their support team is highly unresponsive and so slow in getting a speedy resolution to your problem. We have faced issues in the past and it was almost impossible to get in touch with their support team. On the other hand, during implementation, their support team was great and made sure everything was set up properly and smoothly.

The only missing thing at this time that would make our implementation complete would be a tighter integration with Xero allowing us to send quotes and report on quotes from Insightly!Xero has, excuse the pun, ZERO reporting on quotes sent!!!They are both very good products, however it's the little things that make good GREAT!

Insightly is cheaper compared to Intercom and catered to our needs as much as we wanted, hence we chose Insightly. They do offer the usual CRM things we needed, on top of which they also support workflow automation, email management as well as marketing tool. (+) Being able to download my LinkedIn connections was a huge benefit. (+) I use the task function to stay on top of my follow-up activity which is another positive feature. (+) The sorting capabilities also help me pinpoint the contacts that I need to stay on top of.(-) When I add a new lead from an existing organization, I would like the organization's information to automatically populate the fields like address, website, description. I enter all that information manually. (-) My mass mailing experience has been tedious due to the email function being interrupted and crashing due to bad email addresses in some of my records. (-) Many of my leads do not have current email addresses. I wish Insightly offered a tool to help find email addresses. I spend too much time researching to find email addresses.
