Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.
Filling open positions, finding new gigs, and transitioning from one role to another are all excellent scenarios for utilizing this tool. For some very niche industries, it may be less effective. However, the ease of use and incredibly broad database make this an unparalleled tool, perhaps even essential in 2022 and for some time to come.

I'd say Google for Jobs stacks up comparably with Indeed or Glassdoor but lags behind the functionality of LinkedIn. we use all of these, and find Glassdoor to be the most traditional setup and easier to use whereas Google for Jobs can get a little trickier.
