Cons	Accenture UI could be a bit more clean. Filter search at times doesn't display all the relevant positions. Advanced Filter option for more details search could be helpful. Alternatives Considered	Accenture From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.
