Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.

SimplyHired is an excellent solution for any business! It could be used as a single ATS system for small companies, and it could also be used for large companies in conjunction with their in hour ATS.

I'd like to have the candidates remain checked and highlighted after I send them a message. It would be great to have messages sent out automatically once we move them into new categories. I am a big fan of the services provided in SimplyHired. I have no reservations recommending this product to any HR department that is looking for new avenues to explore in attracting candidates.

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that

was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.

The candidate search options, almost always gives us the best fit for the open position. Thus, we do not have to spend more time filling up the position.
