Accenture People + Work Connect is a wonderful platform, no doubt, and is suitable when you are looking out for talent and hiring for open roles in the organizations and in specific regions. Accenture People + Work Connect helped us in identifying the right talent for the position in the region required. However, when compared to the other platforms for hiring there is a lot more that needs to be developed and updated.

• It has live video interviews in front of a jury, which allows us to ask the interviewee customizable questions that the program also throws them by default.
• It also has integrations with social networks to expand the search for ideal candidates for our vacancies, as well as integrations with software such as a greenhouse, Gmail, daxtra, and more, to improve its functions.
• It allows us to view the candidates' profiles in an organized way so that we can monitor their progress in the selection process.

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.

• It is much easier to recruit personnel thanks to this software. It is a little uphill to learn, so at first, we had trouble adapting to it, but it has powerful tools such as cv search engines, which make the recruitment process is done in record time, greatly improving our performance.
