Achievers is well suited as a rewards and recognition platform - which is what it was designed for. It's less appropriate for a company intranet to share files and documents with one another. Allowing users to do both on one platform would be a great solution for bridging the gap between corporate communication and rewards.

  • The functionality between countries, i.e. combining data from the different companies into joint reports etc., could be improved.
  • The survey function is working fine, but with multiple companies it could be improved, making it easier to make surveys inviting employees from different companies.
  • The Finnish translation could be better sometimes.

eloomi gives us everything (and more!) that we were lacking in our previous system. If our former system was a Trabant, eloomi is a new modern sportscar.

  • I don´t have any numbers but the cost per employee is a lot less with eloomi compared to our previous system, and still eloomi gives us much more when it comes to functionality.
