Achievers vs. Pingboard

Achievers is well suited as a rewards and recognition platform - which is what it was designed for. It's less appropriate for a company intranet to share files and documents with one another. Allowing users to do both on one platform would be a great solution for bridging the gap between corporate communication and rewards.

Pingboard is very much suitable for new employees to understand the organizational structure and who is handling what. This gives them the freedom to approach the right person for any work and it saves a lot of time. Also, the platform is very much convenient and secure which allows us to share it across members
