Acquirell vs. Concord

It is most appropriate to utilize Acquirell for processing the purchase orders with vendors. If you don't want to onboard the vendors into the system you may easily generate the POs in PDF. Acquirell includes amazing capabilities for running RFI, RFQ, and RFP events. It is very easy to manage purchase requisitions in a single system. Also, the tool is a good fit to manage the complex approval workflow. It is less appropriate to utilize Acquirell for managing contracts because instead of simply editing the text of the contract you should play with the configurations of the contract in the system and fill out various fields

Concord is honestly suited for all types of organizations because the software is flexible in its application and very easy to implement. In addition, Concord offers exceptional customer service with professionals who will work with you to ensure success, whether it be through training, problem-solving, or even finding ways to engage employees to maximize the benefit of the software. Most appreciated about Concord is their willingness to listen to their users to constantly evolve with new features or added functionality based on customer feedback.

• We can easily send POs to the suppliers via Acquirell
• The great Contract Management module lets us administrate the contracts easily
• We can easily handle the supplier database

• Templates are easy to create and utilize.
• Concord has its internal e-signature tool.
• Concord can group by template, active, in progress, etc. and color codes the same.

• Cannot edit the text of the contracts in the Contract Management module just like we were editing it in MS Word
• Accounts Payable is out of scope
• The Supplier Management module is "just okay". Acquirell team should develop features

• Make it easier to find the templates from any page
• Improve the search function--it's sometimes difficult to find specific documents when searching
• Change back to "limited editor" and "no editing rights" when sharing documents; the new term of "viewer" makes it seem like nothing can be edited at all

Concord is extremely user friendly and saves me so much time! How else would I be able to manage all of the contracts for 9 different agencies all by myself?!?

Acquirell team has conducted the Zoom sessions with us to explain and clarify all the details. Their manager Olivia and their product manager Dimitri were really approachable If there arise any issues related to working in the system the Acquirell team is always trying to respond ASAP

I gave it a five because it was the closest to a neutral response. I have not had issues with Concord and have not had a reason to contact support, so I don't have an accurate opinion here. From my conversations with our legal team, it seems they have been able to work with the support team at Concord to get any potential issues resolved in a timely manner.

I haven't evaluated any other procurement solutions. Before implementing Acquirell we were using emails, Word, and Excel in our procurement processes. Overall, it is much more convenient to conduct procurement activities in Acquirell rather than to collect the bids via email and keep a bunch of Word or Excel files.

I would rather not compare apples and apples nor apples and oranges, and just share Concord has been an excellent Contract Management System for current organization.

• Now the purchasing team saves a lot of time
• The number of errors has been reduced due to elimination of manual workflow
• Now we do not have to keep a lot of Word, Excel, or PDF files since most of the procurement data is stored in Acquirell. Therefore the data does not get lost

• Since our implementation, I am saving a few hours a month in managing our IC contracts.
• When people have questions about contracts, now it's clear "Hey, look in Concord" versus "Hey, does John or Sally have this contract?".
