ActiTime is a perfect program for managing payments and expenses within the company. It is an ideal tool to manage the activity of employees and the time they devote to their daily tasks within the company. ActiTime is undoubtedly recommended for its excellent performance in generating reports and the quality of its production. If anything could improve this tool it is its interface as it has become a bit outdated.

ADP Mobile Solutions

ADP [Mobile Solutions] is great if you have to manage your employees time in/out, allows you to accurately record time for payroll purposes. It gives you the option to view your benefits/change benefits and easily access pay statements and W2s.if you have tech challenged employees it could be difficult with the log in/out.

  • Reporting is awesome! Easy to put together custom reports and then export them. Real-time reports.
  • Check out all its brilliant integrations.
  • It lets you upload your company logo in the tool.
  • Managing users, clients, projects, and tasks is easy and the UX makes data input fluent and smooth.
  • There's a mobile app, it's limited, but there is one.
  • Reports dashboard: you can save your favorite custom reports for easy access.
  • Estimations vs actual reports and email notifications are brilliant for keeping an eye on projects.

ADP Mobile Solutions

  • I love the basic login functionality. Other apps make you type in your username, password and then some additional information like what is your first pets name. For this - once I pull up the App my username is already there and I just need to add in my password. It only saves a few minutes but sometimes that is the difference between signing in and doing it on a desktop later.
  • I also love the basic text. For other mobile apps the verbiage they use was their own. I'm not sure if they were trying to be fancy but ADP uses basic terms for the information it shows. To me it made my first few uses of it super simple.
  • Reporting is really good. It shows graphs for how I was paid and if I click on a graph it gives more detail. Just really smooth. It makes you feel like they really paid attention to the user experience and didn't over complicate things.

ADP Mobile Solutions

  • ADP's HR products could be more affordable for small businesses. The quality of the products is good. With enough employees the value they provide makes sense, but with fewer employees, it's more than you need and the price isn't justified.
  • ADP Time and Attendance was not able to be customized to the operations of my company. With retail locations organized under separate legal entities, but sharing employees across locations, the product was not setup to accommodate this to accurately track employees hours without double-paying or causing confusion.

The usability seems very intuitive, as we turn more features on we are continually impressed. As we roll out features to our employees, it is very user-friendly, and most users have little to complain about. I would recommend a training module when someone first downloads the app, to have a few training screens before logging in to help those less familiar with application technology. Other than that recommendation, the app has been great.

It has quality support, solving any problem quickly, and clarifying any doubt that arises. It works very well and has quick and detailed answers, the quality of service in this sense is impeccable. ActiTime offers an online chat by which you can solve most of the problems almost immediately.

I've never really had to use the support for ADP mobile, so I would say that it is a great reason to give a good score. I believe the support that is put into keeping the application up to date and keeping the functionality of the application must be a focus of ADP, which is nice to see.

ADP Mobile Solutions

Previously we did not use a mobile solution product in our organization. I have not reviewed any others or used any others in the past four years. I am unable to provide feedback about others or compare how ADP stacks up against them. Currently, we are using ADP Mobile Solutions and will continue.

  • We can estimate projects, track them and create reports so we can have visibility of tasks and budget. It's so easy.
  • It allows us to justify labor by attaching ActiTime reports to our invoices for actual worked hours.
  • We're guarded: labor is justified and documented, in case of escalations or postmortem investigations.
