Events with multiple sessions are very well organized and allows the planners to monitor registration and attendance with ease. One issue we have run into is the ability to give a discount to a specific registrant who signs up a group of individuals. We continue to work for a solution to this. Pros	Active Network, LLC Separation of payer and the person attending the activity. For example: children incur charges, but the parent is responsible for paying them. Fast - in our old system there was a delay while customers waited for the system to respond. Provides information for hotel booking and transfers so that all this information is in one record. Unlimited number of pages for the website is invaluable - we looked at other programs with only 4 pages for the website and that just isn't enough for our clients. Cons	Active Network, LLC I really like the look and feel of ActiveNet Reporting, but it isn't extremely customizable. Maybe there is something I am missing, but other employees have shared that same feedback. It would be nice to have the system synchronize with other software we use. (EMS, StarRez, etc.) When planning conferences, we currently have hotel guests and registration that we would like to share information for through each system. Currently it is just double data entry. Would like to be able to add more resources and details to a room booking and have the corresponding departments be notified of the order/track inventory. Support Rating	Active Network, LLC No answers on this topic	Aventri (formerly etouches) I had a few issues while onsite (over the weekend). The support information given to me was incorrect and I had a hard time tracking down how to get assistance while onsite (on a weekend).
