I cannot speak for larger companies, but for a smaller company like ours, the automation / CRM native to [ActiveCampaign] work well for us. If you're not already on another CRM and plan to build out your marketing, automation and lead/sale management in one tool, it's worth it.

HubSpot Sales Hub is great for many organizations. We find that companies tend to adopt it if they have not used a CRM before, or had a CRM in the past that was too complicated so it lacked adoption across the organization. [HubSpot] Sales Hub is great for teams with even just one sales person, and we've found teams of 50+ sales people can use it. The only time we have seen it not be as well suited is for enterprise organizations who require a more complex CRM with more customization options.

- They have incredible customer service. There is a chat option right in your account, they are quick to reply, and always so kind and patient.
- The whole system is so user friendly. Campaigns/emails are easy to write and design, and segments and tags are easy to manage.
- I can also create incredibly good looking lead pages right in my account. They are quick to make because AC's templates are all really wonderful. Saves me a lot of time!

- Provides a streamlined system for creating, sending, and tracking automated email campaigns to current customers as well as cold prospects. This is a huge benefit for my sales team in that we can have a one-stop-shop for prospect engagement management.
- Playbooks in HubSpot Sales Hub has been a lifesaver by giving my sales team the step-by-step tools in order to present the best prospect discovery calls and demos. It's a simple process to follow but super effective!
- One of the areas that Hubspot does incredibly well is they provide score rating for each and every prospect within our CRM. The score rating is based upon prospect engagement to email outreach allowing my sales team to prioritize cold/hot leads and to focus on the higher engaged prospects.
- Another big benefit we've experienced is that HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with our CRM allowing a streamlined tech stack. This saves my sales team a lot of time managing both the CRM and HubSpot Sales Hub.

- The workflow features seem cool but are actually fairly clunky and hard to implement.
- I really wish there were easier ways to automate communication tied to the deal stage in our sales pipeline. E.g., if I move a deal forward to a new deal stage, I wish Hubspot could automatically send an email template to the contact associated with the deal.
- The landing pages look like crap and are somewhat hard to deploy. I use Unbounce instead.

Very easy to use. I only give it a 9 instead of 10 because it would be best if you have some marketing knowledge before you start using it. Even if it's just a basic understanding of terms and best practices. However, the chat support is great and they even offered to send me videos of them doing what I needed help with.

It's totally clean, consistent, and easy to use/understand. I love everything about this tool! From Gmail to being in the platform everything looks similar, is orange and easy to find, and very clear and user friendly. I've never had ActiveCampaign down for maintenance. I'm sure they update things, but they always seem to manage to stay live. Also, I've had very few errors, if any. None come to mind. This might be to due to the fact I focus on building things as simply as possible, but I also believe it's due to the quality of the software.

ActiveCampaign works seamlessly with the other tools I use. It integrates directly with most. And if no direct integration is available, there is almost always one you can make using Zapier. I've yet to run into a technical error that prevented me from doing something I wanted to be able to do.

I've tried several of the email services available today. ActiveCampaign makes it easy and fast to get set up. And they have some of the best email deliverability available today as well. That's really important when it comes to email marketing, because winding up in spam or promotion folders makes your email marketing efforts and uphill battle.
