Likelihood to Recommend This is excellent software if you wonder what your team is doing when you aren't there. If you want to improve your team's workflows and efficiencies so they get more done with less fatigue, this is a great thing to have. This is not spyware. It isn't designed to capture keystrokes. It is designed to help your team improve performance and for management to understand what they are doing and help them improve. If you want to micromanage your team, then don't use this.
Read full review monday.com has very clear default views that are easy to follow, simple to update and amend. Automations are really easy to set up, but you need a good idea of what you want to do and the order it needs to be done in. The options available on Automations are improving all the time.
Read full review Pros Detailed listings of actions at times. done by the second in many cases, very useful. the productive/unproductive listings allow managers at a glance to see their employees use of time Snapshots ( when properly utilized) are very helpful in troubleshooting, strange, occurrences, as well as they're used by Human resources. The IT help desk is very efficient. log in to your portal, bottom right, and in minutes your talking to someone. You literally pay for seats you don't use. The billing model should be a per seat model! There are too many addons from monday.com and 3rd party vendors that you have to pay for. The value of those addons is debatable are often rebuildable outside of monday.com in a single use spreadsheet (which pay monthly for an addon that you only need to use once in a while?) or organisations are already using something else in their tech stack for that addon. Read full review Usability ActivTrak is a great product that just keeps growing. Having used it for quite some time, we have been able to see ActivTrak grow and evolve as a product. The ActivTrak webinars are also helpful to get to know and learn the product. ActivTrak really just works with little effort needed after the initial installation
Read full review The templates are great because it gives you a starting point and then you're able to tailor it to the way YOU want it. I use a lot of trial and error in figuring out how to do certain things, but did learn last week that I'm able to reach out to Monday support and set up a call and they help me with what I'm wanting to accomplish.

Read full review Everything performs fairly well. Every now and then there are user errors where an employee will not click "ok" on a note they've created and simply exit out (I do wish that something was in place to prevent this, such as a pop "are you finished?")
Read full review Support Rating Support is always fast and the agents are ready at all times to help when an issue arises, if the tier 1 agent isn't able to provide a solution to the issue they're asked about they quickly escalate the issue to tier 2 or 3 to ensure that the appropriate support is given to the issue at hand to have it quickly solved. No issue we've had so far has taken more than two days to be solved.
Read full review Fast response from a human, when a human is needed. AI bot gives initial response to my question. Often, the bot response is all I needed to proceed. Best feature is the AI Assistant for writing one-line programs in the Formula columns. The AI Assistant is much smarter than me and adds in well-appreciated items for my formulas. Including column checks and Function suggestions

Someone also coming along later in the contract to see if you are maximizing the program to suit your company needs is beyond helpful. The staff that have provided this training are fun, creative and very patient.

Read full review We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We selected ActivTrak for the features we were looking for. One of the main reasons was the deployment for Chromebook's and of course the price. During our demo held with each party, we were impressed with presentation from ActivTrak. One thing we would've liked is for ActivTrak to also be available for deployment to Android phones.
Read full review We used an excel spreadsheet to track our month end close process previously which created a lot of issues around only one person being able to be in the checklist at any given time. Additionally, we were unable to have excel notify us when a task we need to have completed was done, but Monday.com has completely changed that for us!

Trends for underperforming or underdeveloping users can be spotted, analyzed by managers, and used within their overall development management to help staff reach their best potential.
