Acumatica vs. Agiline CRM

Acumatica works well for medium to large businesses with strong accounting procedures in place, it is a program for those companies that have outgrown Sage50 or QuickBooks Desktop and need to take their Finance software to the next level. The added complexity and some of the restrictions that come with robust finance software would likely be a burden on smaller organizations. Being an Acumatica Construction user, the Construction version specifically is well suited to any construction company that wants to take the leap to digitizing their construction processes.

How cool is that to use a tool which is user-friendly and is helping you in almost everything. Its contact management feature is amazing along with the marketing automation feature. Agiline CRM is a tool that has made Customer relation management quite handy.

We have users of all levels and it works well for any user, the user interface is very easy to get used to and the screen feedback and delivery is very well done. We have many users using this product all day every day and all levels have become very accustomed to its ease of use.

Overall it's pretty good, but sometimes the support staff wasn't educated on the customizations we had, nor was I as the Customer as I couldn't remember which things were customized and which things were out of the box, so when there was an error, there were some misunderstandings.

We liked the overall TCO of Acumatica vs other ERP systems. We also liked the fact that it was able to do the inter company accounting necessary for our business.

Agiline CRM is a magic tool with multiple features and works so well with our business. The working of Agiline CRM. is fast but on the other hand, the speed of action of 1CRM was not so good and was clunky. Above all 1CRM wasted our time as that was so difficult tool to understand.
