I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. One critical requirement was the need to pass clock in/out activity as well as payrate information between the Time and Attendance software and our ERP systems.
