AdClarity

AdClarity is an amazing tool when you need to get some webpage from another location. It has lots of different location around the world, well organised by continent, which allow you (according your subscription) emulate easily each one of your desired hits (like hit an American only website in Europe, or vice-versa, etc). For a non-professional users, allows you to do some "tricky" actions, like clean cookies or set a different device user-agent to emulate an mobile device, with simple actions (one or two clicks).Avoid using it to stream video when you pay by download size. Also avoid have multiple tabs/windows on your web browser when you are using this tool, it will refresh all of them.

Cons

  • When used in Chrome, it affect all tabs and reload it, which increases data downloaded with tool on, and will impact on costs.
  • Some features are useless to developers, like clean cookies and set device type, they should have different versions for professionals and regular users.

  • We used to use Constant Contact for our email marketing. I would like to see HubSpot's email tool improve - something as simple as seeing "forward" information is either not available from HubSpot or not intuitive at all.
  • I have mixed feelings about the campaign tool. Overall, I love the ability to tie multiple pieces of content into a single campaign and see reporting for how it all works together. However, building the campaigns can be a bit of a pain. I don't like needing to publish landing pages in order to build other pieces...I wish there was a way to create all components of the campaign and then hit "publish" all at once, rather than piecemeal and backtrack to add links, etc.
  • I think HubSpot's reporting add-on really ought to be a part of the product as a whole. Reporting and analytics are one of the key ways for me to prove the efficacy of our marketing efforts (and of HubSpot's value). The offerings in the Professional edition are pretty slim in my opinion.

Hubspot shows you what do and makes it easy to find the help articles you need. Over all it shows the system status well. The only issue is when there are syncing issues so you'll have to save often and make sure to refresh so you know your changes synced with the server.

With all the new features in HubSpot, the system can get a tad slow sometimes... That said, most of the time it is lightning fast and I have no problems. Because most of the integrations are API, they silently work in the background. I have not had trouble with lag due to HubSpot integration

Their support team is always there to help and usually can deliver the solution you are looking for in just a few minutes over the phone. While I do not find myself calling support very often there are others within my company that do and they rave about how patient and willing to help everyone is on the support team

I did the 2-day classroom at HubSpot's corporate office in Cambridge. First off, it was amazing to see their corporate office in general. They have such a cool office environment. But it was also great to have the ability to learn in a workshop format with other HubSpot users and meet my Account Manager/ Inbound Marketing Consultant in person.

I went through Inbound Marketing University in 2006. Great training and helped my transition from traditional (outbound) marketing to inbound marketing that I've been able to apply to a number of businesses from wastewater and water reuse, to professional services and SaaS. Share information of value to build awareness and trust. Answer customers' questions in a transparent way to generate more qualified leads. Understand the difference between a marketing qualified lead and a sales qualified lead and put together a lead nurturing program. Your sales and marketing efforts will see significant ROI.

The training I received was well worth the time. I had used other systems previously (Pardot & Act-On) and didn't have a dedicated resource to get up and running. It makes a big difference to have access to someone when you have more complex questions to ask. I think I put the team up to a challenge often times, but 99% of the time they had a solution!

Very similar product, they have the same purposes and also same features, only difference could be the costs.

I had just started with the company and they were using Eloqua. We researched Hubspot and found that it was going to cost us less, be easier to use and give us a lot more functionality than what we were paying for Eloqua. Hubspot is perfect for our database size where Eloqua is set for larger companies.

While HubSpot initially, seven years ago, seemed built for SMBs it appears they have scaled their solution for larger enterprises. I do not have experience sending out 10 million-plus emails per month so I don't know how HubSpot would handle that. However, I do know that some other marketing automation platforms have had trouble with such scale. As such, I suggest HubSpot have one of it's enterprise customers share data on the length of time it takes to send out 1 million emails. Are we talking minutes, hours or days? Then decide what's right for you based on your business needs.
