  • There are so many clicks to get through the objects and create the activities.
  • The monthly and quarterly updates have created substantially more mait. from our TECH team than what was expected
  • With our company we have many service offerings, we expect to be able to market at a personalized level. How we can easily see in the tool what service offerings are applicable to an Account/Contact should be easier.

Winmo allows more dynamic and functional searches, and puts agency and brand contacts in one place. It also allows exports based on spend and in general, is much more dynamic of a software.

Oracle Engagement was the only software that was all inclusive. There is contact management, lead sharing, sales tracking, lots of various reports and a helpful dashboard that blew everyone else out of the water!

  • We've struggled to roll out OSC but that is no fault of the product. I'm confident we would have realized increased productivity and visibility, and certainly better data quality with ready access to mobile data.
