Anyone that has a business with a high NPS score should take advantage of this acquisition channel. If your business isn't promotional in nature (i.e., doesn't offer discounts), this type of program may not be as effective. It is important for both the advocate and the recipient to get something out of it. If only the advocate gets rewarded, it will likely diminish your returns.

It [AddShoppers Social Login] is well suited for those who are looking to grow their business and able to target the] right customers who visit their websites. They also provide tons of tools and templates to work with. Their email marketing tool will also help to grow [the] customer base very much. They [AddShoppers Social Login is] also very good at creating brand awareness by running multiple campaigns. The customer service which they have is remarkable.

  • Lacks geo filtering capabilities (i..e, ability to serve refer a friend only to visitors from specific countries). Our team had to put that logic in place on our side instead of relying on Extole.
  • Platform requires assistance from account manager for some actions/features that should be in the hand of the client.
  • Quality Control has been an issue at time. Our program has gone down because a new global platform update went out and affected our implementation. Extole has been responsive in these types of incidents, but that should not happen.

  • [The] dashboard has a limited number of details where we [are not] able to fetch for what we need.
  • Social sharing could have been much better.
  • Sometimes it does slow down our sites when we install their widget, but having [the] best customer support helps us to overcome this issue.

We never used [any] other product for our marketing purpose. We thought of giving a try to improve our sales and increase our brand awareness. We never regret of choosing this as our priority. They always backup us with their customer support with great ideas and plans which is very effective to improve our sales.
