Likelihood to Recommend AdGear Advertiser is good for finding large groups of customers and/or leads to encourage use of software or apps and to trigger usage. Adgear Advertiser may be less suited for targeting within subsets of potential customers, clients, or leads. More attention is needed to improve this aspect or section.

Read full review Pros Read full review The industry is constantly moving towards cross-device targeting and some advertisers are lagging behind in this regard. Many do not offer the ability to target on Connected TVs, which YuMe does. This is appealing for some of our clients that are more open to testing the latest technologies. YuMe's sales staff are all very knowledgeable about their products, but not too pushy when it comes to getting on the plan. They try to add value to the meetings not by just pitching their products, but by educating us on industry trends and latest technologies. Many videos are often geared towards engagement or the % of video completes, but it'd be helpful to see more ad formats that are able to track in-store sales outside of having the ability to print out a coupon. Whenever we reached out to make optimizations, the YuMe account management team was very responsive and would provide follow ups in a timely and professional manner. YuMe was also able to provide competitive rates and deliver all the inventory that was agreed upon on the IO. Many publishers that under deliver often get cut from the plan the next time around. This was not the case for YuMe
Read full review Usability The user interface of AdGear Advertiser does need some work. It is initially easy to set up and use but can get a bit bogged down. Maybe more initial training opportunities might help, as support is not the problem. Again, this will always be situational to a company's specific needs and goals.
Read full review Support Rating AdGear Advertiser provides overall good support in the times it has been needed. We would like a better user interface and maybe better response times, but that is always situational and specific to certain company needs. Response is very thorough when received, so there is little to no need to go back through the process.
Read full review Alternatives Considered AdGear was the easiest tech to start on and it was my manager's choice. He enjoyed it though would get frustrated by the UI. I found it easy to use and set up; through lacking meaningful more insights into leads and lead generation to acquire important information when converting to users on the platform.
