If you have a rather large budget and/or several clients to take advantage of the AMC, you would likely benefit from its all-in-one solutions. There are a myriad of excellent tools for digital marketing professionals to take advantage of within the suite, and creating a campaign becomes much more manageable for collaboration and execution through to reporting thanks to the suite's vertically integrated nature.

Uberflip

For us, we have spent a lot of time creating content. Uberflip allows us to serve this up in a well thought out and well planned environment. It also allows us to use these as landing pages for email campaigns as well as a starting point for our sales AI to engage with a potential customer based on the content they were viewing. Because we had the content it made it easy to organize and present this in an easy to navigate resource hub on our site.

  • Content Analysis - Between the Pages report and the participation metrics which show what percentage of conversions a page was involved with, you get an excellent analysis of what content is important and effective, and what is not. With the ability to add up to ten metrics side by side, drill downs, and power tools like Ad Hoc Analysis, you will know exactly where you need better content.
  • Pathing - Adobe Analytics captures every single path of every single visit of every single visitor and puts it at your fingertips. There are tools to aggregate common paths so you find out how frequent they are, lots of good page flow reports, and tools to pick out specific paths that will keep you from being overwhelmed. This has been absolutely invaluable to us as we have learned about how our customers are using our sites and which paths are leading to exits rather than converions.
  • Customization - There are so many custom metrics and dimensions you can add and you can create segments based on all of them, along with the out of the box metrics and dimensions. You truly get an implementation that is specific to your company, your needs, your strategy, and your site.

  • The marketing streams that mix video, PDF, blog and social media content together provide a very compelling way to build an engaging experience for the visitor.
  • The new Site Engager tool easily brings streams and content recommendations to existing website without coding.
  • Their customer support has been terrific. Questions are quickly answered and they work behind the scenes to tweak the product as needed to support our requirements.

  • Customer services could be improved for smaller clients. Adobe Marketing Cloud provides great support for most of its customers, however, it may not work well enough for smaller engagements.
  • Adobe could offer multiple price options based on the usage, which is missing at the moment.

  • The forms on the CTAs are very small, and I don't love that they show only one field until you click into it. This seems deceptive when you must actually fill out four or five fields to access the content.
  • Image management inside the platform isn't great, so I end up loading multiple of the same image versus searching through the library.
  • When you update the main navigation or footer on your main website, you must work with their developers to update it within the hub, rather than having your internal team handle it.

Although a powerful tool, Google Analytics has been catching up in capabilities and is much simpler to use.As analytics move to the spotlight, more sections in a company want to have access to it. However, creating straightforward reports/dashboards and sharing them with different groups is not a strength of Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Uberfllip always seems to be trying to improve features, integrations, look and feel and they are seriously committed to taking feature requests and acting upon them incredibly fast. For example, I had an issue with the ebook thumbnails when I initially launched, which required resizing and fixing each of them manually versus the Hub pulling a good image automatically. They saw what I was trying to do and the problem with it, and corrected the image problem in less than two weeks. They realized people were uploading documents of all sorts of sizes and we have some unique sizing for our eBooks from square to post card to landscape. In addition to innovation, the Hub has now become and integral part of our website, and we'd be hard pressed to create something as good looking and functional and easy to use as Uberflip

Overall the support from Uberflip was good. The people at the organization knew their product and were easily able to walk us through implementing new users and showing us how each featured worked. They were also able to help solve and troubleshoot any issues we had.

Frankly, we didn't look at any alternatives. We found Uberflip at a conference and were so impressed with their product that we didn't need to look elsewhere. The pricing was reasonable and it had most of the features that we wanted. Their service was solid, so it was an easy decision.

  • The conversion rate on our targeted emails has risen since we started with Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Initially, the ROI was low as the implementation costs were high from a dollar perspective as well as a man hour cost from our end.
  • We are able to directly see how each campaign performs and how we can tweak them based on the data provided by Adobe Marketing Cloud.

  • It has helped our customer service team train new customers, which has aided in improved customer service.
