If you have a rather large budget and/or several clients to take advantage of the AMC, you would likely benefit from its all-in-one solutions. There are a myriad of excellent tools for digital marketing professionals to take advantage of within the suite, and creating a campaign becomes much more manageable for collaboration and execution through to reporting thanks to the suite's vertically integrated nature.

Uberflip

  • Great for quick, out-of-the-box hub creation. You can have it up and running in minutes.
  • Not so great if you want to get really, really custom with your implementation.
  • Think about your flipbook quantity, RSS feed and social integration needs.
Overall, Uberflip is a great product with a lot of flexibility, but its not for every brand and every use case

  • Amazing analytics platform. It enables both simple day-to-day analyses and more robust analyses, with customized models of assignment, anomaly identification features, and others.
  • Customizable. The Marketing Cloud is moldable according to your business needs.

  • Data insights - from content reports to heat maps, this helps our internal teams plan for future content with data to back it up.

Cons

  • The analytics platform (old Omniture.) Not so friendly. There is a higher learning curve if we compare with other platforms in the segment.
  • Sometimes the integration with Adobe Media Optimization and Analytics has a big delay.

Although a powerful tool, Google Analytics has been catching up in capabilities and is much simpler to use.As analytics move to the spotlight, more sections in a company want to have access to it. However, creating straightforward reports/dashboards and sharing them with different groups is not a strength of Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Honestly, for us it's either use Uberflip or build it ourselves and building it ourselves really isn't an option! Uberflip has been very open with where they see the product going and are forthcoming with their roadmap which makes it easier to want to renew because you know all the great things that will be added to the product.

It was easy to learn and while it definitely took time to get everything set up and working the way I wanted, it wasn't difficult. There was plenty of support and knowledge center tools as well.

The support and the team at Uberflip is THE BEST!!! They are seriously so great. They got to know me on a personal level and really cared about getting my Hub set up the way I wanted and they want my Hub to be successful. They even took a few of us out to dinner when they were in my area for a marketing event. They are always there to help me and only a quick email or phone call away

In comparison to other services, Adobe is particularly robust, and the platform is better suited to customers with a high level of maturity in the digital environment, who need a platform to overcome and solve day-to-day problems.

  • Salespeople like that they can send links to collateral, and give customers and prospects easy ways to browse information.
